If for any reason you wish to return your product you must do so within 30 days after delivery. All returned products must be “undamaged and in sellable condition” and in their original packaging.


You are required to complete our Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form – failure to do this will incur a 25€ service fee. The RMA must be sent to [email protected] prior to shipping.  Please also include a hard copy of the RMA with the returned product(s).


Submission of the RMA and assignment of an RMA number does not guarantee a refund or credit.  All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt by LXNAV; final approval for credit, refund or replacement will be at the discretion of LXNAV.
